We want you to be satisfied with your Quran Speaker. Please review our policy below for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every Quran Speaker is inspected and tested before dispatch to ensure it functions properly and is free from visible physical damage.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Check the speaker for physical damage, then plug it in and confirm that it works correctly.

If your speaker arrives damaged, defective, or not working, or you receive the wrong item, please contact 24Quranspeaker@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.

The 24-hour reporting period begins at the delivery date and time recorded in the courier’s tracking system.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a return address and instructions. Once we receive the returned product and confirm the reported issue through inspection, we will arrange a replacement.

Returns

You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery, calculated from the delivery date and time recorded in the courier’s tracking system.

To qualify for a standard return, your product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

The unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from opening and testing the speaker to identify a fault reported under our damaged or defective item process.

To request a return, email 24Quranspeaker@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For standard returns, shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval, normally to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to confirm a suitable refund method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account.
