Welcome to QuranSpeaker.com. These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this business. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, and we serve customers in Pakistan.
1. Using Our Website
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. Minors may use our website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who must make any purchase on their behalf.
You must not use our website for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, upload malicious software, or interfere with website security.
2. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Please review the product description before purchasing. Product availability may change, and we may update or discontinue products. These changes will not alter the agreed terms of an order we have already accepted.
Use your Quran Speaker according to the instructions supplied with the product.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown before you complete your order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due upon delivery.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. If we discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund of any amount already paid.
4. Orders and Customer Details
Please provide accurate and complete contact, delivery, and payment information. Contact us promptly if any details need correction.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an unserviceable delivery address, or an unresolved pricing error. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the cancelled items.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan, subject to courier coverage. Delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details may cause delays. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment where Cash on Delivery applies.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at 24Quranspeaker@gmail.com.
We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, and our Refund & Replacement Policy will apply.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy, available on our website.
Under that policy:

Return requests and reports of damaged, defective, non-working, or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, calculated from the delivery timestamp recorded by the courier.

Reports of product issues must include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the problem.

Standard returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Opening and testing a product to identify a fault does not prevent a defective-item claim.

You must obtain approval and return instructions before sending an item back.

Replacements are arranged after the returned product is inspected and the reported issue is confirmed.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will agree on a suitable refund method.

Shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable for standard returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These procedures and deadlines do not override rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
We may contact you using the details you provide to confirm orders, coordinate deliveries, and respond to support requests.
9. Website Content and Customer Reviews
Website text, branding, photographs, and designs owned by us or our licensors must not be copied or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, or third-party confidential information.
By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it on our website. We may remove spam or content that violates these Terms, but will not change a review’s meaning.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use third-party services or link to external websites. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control external websites. Using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
11. Website Availability and Liability
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product misuse.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits applicable consumer rights, or removes our responsibility to honour product descriptions and express warranties.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including applicable provincial or territorial consumer protection laws.
Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can work towards a resolution. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent court or consumer protection authority.
13. Updates and General Provisions
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new date. Updated Terms apply prospectively and will not retrospectively change accepted orders.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
